6th General Assembly of XTRACT Project
The 6th General Assembly of the XTRACT Project took place on 11–12 March 2026 in Skellefteå, bringing together consortium partners for a productive and forward-looking meeting.
The discussions focused on reviewing the project’s progress and aligning on the next steps towards achieving the vision of the Zero Emission Mine of the Future. Strong collaboration among partners continues to drive advancements across technical developments, pilot activities, and system integration.
A key highlight of the meeting was the visit to Pilot 2, the Björkdal Mine, which provided valuable on-site insights into ongoing operations and project implementation.
The General Assembly reaffirmed the consortium’s commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for the mining sector.
